In the year 2000, My Chemist (Pvt) Ltd. Was established as a retail pharmacy outlet at 22 Lauries Road Colombo 4.
We are focused on skin care products and situated at a strategic location for the convenience of the patients who can approach us from many directions. It was the first time in Sri Lanka that a pharmacy has been focused on skin care products to provide a better and quality service to satisfy the patient’s skincare needs.
My Chemist (Pvt) Ltd (MCPL) employed Qualified and Registered Pharmacists with special knowledge on Skin care, geared to do customized skin preparations that were a prescribed by Doctors for their Patients. This made other skin specialists in country to turn to MCPL for their patient’s needs. Most of these patients were deprived of the benefits of these specialized products prescribed by the key Dermatologists in the country including above two doctors.
Realizing the need for better quality skin care for the future, MCPL team worked tirelessly for 4 yrs to establish My Chemist International (Pvt) Ltd (MCIPL) in 2005.With the incorporation of MCIPL it expanded the business into imports of quality specialized the skin & beauty care products from Australia, New Zealand, USA, Germany, China and India.
By 2007, the commitment of MCIPL team made way to the 2nd retail outlet of MCPL at No.144B Kotte Road, Rajagiriya as an expansion to the business to extend same service quality.
